Since stepping into the Business Brokerage and M&A industry in 2011, Lisa has carved out a niche for herself as a trusted leader, specializing in advisory services for business owners in both the lower middle market and main street sectors.

In 2021, Lisa held the esteemed position of chair for the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). She also has the honour of being a past chair of the Arizona Business Brokers Association (AZBBA). Currently, Lisa leads the insightful IBBA/M&A Source Market Pulse Survey, an initiative established in 2012. This survey serves as a reliable resource, providing an accurate snapshot of market conditions for businesses valued between $0-$2MM (Main Street) and $2MM -$50MM (Lower Middle Market).

Leveraging her extensive industry knowledge and a vast network of business owners and advisors, Lisa facilitates optimal results for clients intending to buy or sell a business. With thousands of businesses across Phoenix and throughout Arizona within her reach, Lisa has a panoramic view of a variety of business types and sizes.

Lisa’s impressive credentials including IBBA’s Master Certified Business Intermediary (MCBI),  Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Coles College of Business‘ Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP). Adding to her accolades, Lisa has received the esteemed Tom West Award and multiple outstanding producer awards from both IBBA and AZBBA. Her academic credentials comprise a BA from Benedictine College (KS), and an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame (IN).
