Entrepreneurship rebounded this summer to its highest level since just before the financial crisis.
The asterisk: “Young people, women and seniors have fewer opportunities to transform their business ideas into reality,” a new study found. “[I]f everyone was as active in business creation as core age men (30-49 years old),” it would translate to 40% more people in OECD countries starting out on their own, or 35 million, according to the report.
