Today, Kim received a tour of the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC). Stephen Richer, the 30th Recorder of Maricopa County, greeted us, and Sarah provided a very informative tour of the facility. She explained the checks and balances built into the system, which improves every year. With the upcoming election, the center is getting very busy.
