2/3 Small Business Owners to Cut Expenses OR Pass Costs to Customers with $15 Minimum Wage

Skynova surveyed 353 business owners and found that 2/3 would likely cut other expenses and/or pass those expenses on to their customers with a $15-an-hour minimum wage. Only 1/4 would likely reduce product quality.
